One More Special Edition for the Scion xB

 

Scion has partnered with snowboard apparel company 686 to come up with the 686 Parklan Edition of the iconic Scion xB. 

 

The most obvious feature is the unique cocoa bean exterior.  The mirror caps, tailgate handle, and black wheels all show off black accents.  Inside, you will find lots of camo upholstery, some zip pockets, and 686 branded floor mats.

Get to Know: The All-New Scion iA

 

 



Along with the new iM Hatchback, Scion is introducing for 2016 it's sibling, the iA Sedan.  The iA is Scion's first-ever 4 door sedan, with comfortable seating for 5. 

 

As with the iM, the iA comes standard with a great array of features.  The iA is available with either a manual or automatic transmission, and the automatic also has a "Sport Mode" which shifts the transmission at a higher rpm, and downshifts more frequently, providing a peppier performance.  The manual version is rated at 31 mpg city, and 41 highway.  The automatic comes in at 33/42 mpg. 

 

"Smart City Brake Support" is a low-speed pre-collision system is a feature rarely seen in a sub-compact car.  The interior offers a dynamic 7" touch screen infotainment system, for navigation, audio, and vehicle information.

Introducing the All-New 2016 Scion iM Hatchback

 

 



 

For the 2016 model year, Scion is introducing two new vehicles, the iA Sedan, and the iM Hatchback.  Here we will take a quick look at the iM.

 

Starting at just $19,255, the iM comes packed with a ton of standard features.  A rear-view backup camera, dual zone climate control, 17" alloy wheels (with the Sport Body Kit), heated power folding side mirrors, and a 7" touchscreen infotainment system with Aha Internet Integration and Voice Recognition, LED daytime running lamps and LED turn signals, both in the rear and in the side mirrors all standard. 

 

The iM comes with a 1.8 liter 4-cylinder dual overhead came engine, and is rated at up to 37 miles per gallon on the highway.
